Managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing carrying costs and stock-outs.
Developing and managing operational budgets to control costs and ensure financial sustainability.

Leading and supervising operational teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve performance goals.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the related field but freshers may apply.
Strong analytical abilities to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
