We are looking for an HR Manager with a Master's Degree in Management who oversees all aspects of human resources within an organization. This includes managing and measuring performance, administering compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Developing and managing performance management systems to track employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
Designing, developing, analysing and interpreting performance metrics (KPI, KPA, KPR).
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Promoting initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Supervising and monitoring employees perfromance and presentation.
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Management.
At least 4 years of experience in the related field.
Strong understanding of HR functions.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
