We are looking for a Franchise Officer with a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of management experience to engage potential franchisees and close deals. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to conduct field visits as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential franchisees, presenting the franchise opportunity and guiding them through the decision-making process.
Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements with prospective franchisees.
Maintain a pipeline of potential franchisees and ensure timely follow-up and communication.
Conduct field visits to meet with potential and existing franchisees as required.
Provide detailed information on the franchise model, including financials, operations, and support provided.
Collaborate with the Franchise Manager and other team members to ensure alignment with overall franchise strategy and goals.
Assist in organizing and conducting franchise information sessions and events.
Ensure all franchise inquiries are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
Prepare regular reports on franchise development activities and progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the management field.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to travel for field visits as required.
