Job Details :

We are looking for an HR Officer who is responsible for recruiting, supporting and developing talent through developing policies and managing procedures. This role involves tasks such as onboarding new employees, facilitating open communication between employees and management and leading workshops and training.

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
  2. Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
  3. Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
  4. Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.
  5. Administering employee compensation and benefits programs.
  6. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or Management.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in the related field but freshers may apply.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  4. Ability to analyze problems, propose effective solutions, and make sound decisions.
  5. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
