We are looking for a professional Operation Manager whooversees the day-to-day activities of a business to ensure smooth operations and efficiency. They are responsible for maximizing processes and procedures while meeting customer expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness.
Roles and Responsibilities
Developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensuring products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Overseeing logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Identifying inefficiencies in processes and implementing improvements to streamline operations.
Performing quality controls and monitor KPIs.
Monitoring operational budgets and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
Identifying operational risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in operations management or related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders and articulate operational strategies.
Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
