We are seeking an experienced Franchise Manager with a Master's degree and 4+ years of experience to oversee franchise operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards. Oversee and manage franchise operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and business strategies.
Recruit, train, and support franchisees to ensure their success and growth within the network.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance franchise performance and expansion.
Maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing operational support and guidance.
Monitor compliance with franchise agreements, policies, and procedures.
Conduct field visits to franchise locations to assess operations, provide support, and ensure adherence to standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the franchise network.
Prepare regular reports on franchise performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in franchise management or a similar role.
Proven track record of driving results and achieving goals in a franchised environment.
