We are looking for a networking Officer with knowledge of networking who oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of an organization's network infrastructure.
Roles and responsibilities:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other hardware.
Implementing and maintaining network security measures to protect the organization's data, systems, and networks from unauthorized access, breaches, and attacks.
Monitoring network performance and optimizing it for efficiency and reliability.
Planning for future network expansion and growth based on the organization's needs and objectives.
Configuring network devices and ensuring they operate correctly.
Responding to network issues and providing technical support to users and other IT teams as needed.
Maintaining accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Ensuring network compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in the related field but freshers may apply.
Proficiency in network protocols, routing, switching, and TCP/IP.
Prior experience in networking roles
Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently
