1. Position Summary

The Chartered Accountant (CA) serves as the senior financial authority within E-Spot Club’s multi-sector ecosystem. The role is responsible for financial governance, compliance management, performance monitoring, internal control systems, and strategic financial planning across multiple projects and departments.

The CA plays a critical leadership role in ensuring financial discipline, transparency, regulatory compliance, investment structuring, and long-term sustainability of the organization.

2. Reporting Structure
    •    Reports to: Executive Director / Board / Managing Director
    •    Supervises: Accounts Department and Finance Team
    •    Coordinates with: Operations, HR, Project Heads, Investment & Business Development Teams

3. Core Objective of the Role

To strengthen the financial backbone of E-Spot Club by establishing structured financial systems, compliance excellence, performance measurement frameworks, and strategic financial oversight across all projects and departments.

4. Key Responsibilities

A. Financial Strategy & Planning
    •    Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
    •    Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational growth
    •    Prepare financial projections for expansion and investment projects
    •    Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new ventures

B. Compliance & Regulatory Governance
    •    Ensure full compliance with Nepal tax laws and regulatory requirements
    •    Oversee statutory filings, tax returns, and government reporting
    •    Maintain adherence to financial reporting standards
    •    Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities

C. Internal Controls & Financial Systems
    •    Design, implement, and monitor internal financial control systems
    •    Establish inventory and operational control frameworks
    •    Develop audit mechanisms and risk management procedures
    •    Ensure financial transparency and fraud prevention measures

D. Performance Measurement & KPI Framework
    •    Develop and implement structured Performance Index frameworks (KPIs) for Finance, Human Resources, and Operations across all projects
    •    Establish performance evaluation systems and audit review processes
    •    Monitor departmental financial efficiency and cost control

E. Cash Flow & Investment Management
    •    Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning
    •    Structure capital allocation and investment models
    •    Monitor financial health across multiple verticals

F. Reporting & Strategic Advisory
    •    Establish and manage Management Information Systems (MIS)
    •    Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership
    •    Provide strategic financial insights and data-driven recommendations
    •    Support decision-making with financial modeling and analysis

G. Team Leadership
    •    Supervise and guide the accounts department
    •    Ensure accuracy, discipline, and accountability within financial operations
    •    Develop financial reporting standards and documentation procedures

5. Required Qualifications
    •    Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
    •    Strong knowledge of Nepal tax laws and regulatory compliance
    •    Sound understanding of financial reporting standards
    •    Experience in multi-project, multi-department, or group-level financial management preferred
