Location: E-Spot Club, New Road, Khichapokhari Or Sundarbasti, Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu

1. Position Summary

The Entrepreneur Development Executive (EDE) is a structured leadership-track role designed to develop high-potential professionals into future project owners and entrepreneurs within the E-Spot Club ecosystem.

This role combines business development, project execution, performance accountability, and entrepreneurial leadership development under a KPI-driven framework.

The EDE is responsible not only for personal entrepreneurial growth but also for contributing to the development of new entrepreneurs within the ecosystem.

2. Reporting Structure
    •    Reports to: Senior Management / Project Director / Assigned Vertical Head
    •    Supervises: Project coordinators, trainees, and junior team members (as assigned)
    •    Works closely with: Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Investment Teams

3. Core Mission of the Role

The role carries a two-fold strategic mission:

A. Personal Entrepreneurial Development

To evolve into a high-performing, KPI-driven future business owner through hands-on execution, structured leadership exposure, and project accountability.

B. Ecosystem Entrepreneurial Development

To identify, mentor, and support aspiring entrepreneurs within the E-Spot ecosystem, contributing to structured venture creation through measurable systems and operational discipline.

4. Key Responsibilities (Stage 1 – Pre-Entrepreneurship)

Business & Investment Development
    •    Lead structured business expansion initiatives
    •    Identify partnership and investment opportunities
    •    Support revenue growth strategies
    •    Contribute to investment presentations and business proposals

Project Development & Coordination
    •    Coordinate structured project planning and execution
    •    Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance indicators
    •    Ensure operational efficiency within assigned verticals
    •    Prepare progress reports and performance dashboards

Performance Management
    •    Deliver measurable KPI-driven results
    •    Track financial, operational, and growth performance metrics
    •    Ensure accountability in assigned responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement
    •    Professionally engage clients, vendors, partners, and investors
    •    Build long-term relationship networks within assigned sectors

Entrepreneurial Development
    •    Identify high-potential individuals within the ecosystem
    •    Support structured mentorship and project incubation
    •    Assist in venture-building processes

5. Entrepreneurship Development Pathway

Stage 1: Pre-Entrepreneurship (12 Months)
    •    Business & Investment Development (3 Months)
    •    Project Development & Coordination (3 Months)
    •    Project Leadership & Execution (6 Months)

Stage 2: Entrepreneurship Phase
    •    Participation in Entrepreneur Arena
    •    Structured Project Ownership
    •    Professional Project Management with defined KPIs

Stage 3: Post-Entrepreneurship
    •    Institutionalization and systemization of ventures
    •    Strategic scaling and diversification
    •    Long-term asset creation and leadership impact

7. Qualification & Experience

Level 1 – Junior Entrepreneur Development Executive
    •    Bachelor’s Degree (Completed or Currently Pursuing)
    •    Suitable for fresh graduates

Level 2 – Entrepreneur Development Executive
    •    Bachelor’s Degree Completed / Master’s Pursuing
    •    Minimum 2 years of professional work experience

Level 3 – Senior Entrepreneur Development Executive
    •    Master’s Degree Completed
    •    Minimum 4 years of professional work experience

8. Compensation Structure
    •    Fixed monthly salary (as per level)
    •    Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance-based incentives
