All applicants for the Internship must provide true and correct information in the application
form when
applying Online.

Applicants must be Nepali citizens over 18 years of age.

Applicants must have at least passed SLC/SEE.

Applicants should not have any criminal record on their police clearance certificate.

Applicants are required to upload their citizenship, a photo taken within 6 months, and all
their
educational certificates to espotclub.com.

Applicants will be selected for an online interview based on the information and educational
qualifications provided on the online application form and on a "first qualified application,
first
priority" basis.

Applicants for online interview will be interviewed online from the main office located in
Kathmandu
of
Espot Club.

Only the applicants selected from the online interview will be sent an invitation card through
the
Profile of espotclub.com for the 1-week Internship Training to be held in Kathmandu.

The applicant must appear in Kathmandu on the specified date, time, and place mentioned in the
invitation. Absence of an applicant will result in disqualification.

Applicants must attend the Internship Training in formal attire.
-
During the internship training period, attendees must be punctual, adhere to discipline, and
comply
with
training terms and conditions. If non-compliance is observed, the attendee will be immediately
expelled
from the internship training.

During the internship training period, attendees must keep mobile and other devices in silent
mode.

Attendees are strictly prohibited from using substances like tobacco, narcotics, and other
addictive
substances in the training hall. If such behavior is witnessed by the company's security
department,
the
company can immediately remove the attendee from the training or take legal actions as per the
laws
of
Nepal.

When entering the Training Hall, it is mandatory to bring the company-provided ID card.

Additionally,
attendees must use the Electronic Thumbprint System when entering and leaving.
Information and knowledge provided by the company during the training should be kept
confidential by
the
attendees. If any data, policies, or strategies are disclosed without the company's consent,
actions
will be taken according to the prevalent cyber laws of Nepal.

If attendees are found involved in any criminal activity contrary to the laws of the Government
of
Nepal
during the training period, the company will immediately expel them from the training and
program.
If attendees are found promoting anything without the company's permission, creating informal
groups,
filming videos, buying and selling goods, gambling, etc., they will be immediately expelled from
the
training and program.

The company has the right to use a single or group photo of attendees for official purposes in
the
company's brochures, websites, or any promotional activities free of charge. Attendees must
agree to
this.

If any materials are needed during the training period, attendees must arrange them at their own
expense.
Attendees themselves must bear the costs of transportation to and from Kathmandu for training,
food
and
accommodation in Kathmandu, travel to and from the training location, snacks during the training
period,
and any other expenses.

For this Internship training, applicants do not need to pay any registration fee, training fee,
or
any
other fee.

Physical re-interviews will be conducted for eligible applicants who have been present
throughout
the
entire duration of the Internship training, have maintained discipline, and have followed the
rules.
The
final selection for the Paid Internship will be made based on these re-interviews.

The final decision on selection lies with the company's management committee. In case of any
dispute
between the applicant and the management committee, a resolution will be sought by mutual
consent.
If a
consensus cannot be reached, the decision of the management committee will be final.

The selected applicants must comply with the rules and conditions of the Paid Internship, and
they
will
be appointed for the Internship for a contractual period of 2 months after giving their consent
to
abide
by them.
I have read and understood all the above-mentioned conditions in full consciousness and agree to
abide
by them. All the points mentioned in these rules and conditions are binding for me and I will abide
by
these conditions wholeheartedly. If for any reason I fail to follow these conditions, I am ready to
face
punishment according to the company's policy and the prevailing laws of the Government of Nepal. I
